Leadership Thoughts
Leadership is defined many ways by many different people. To me, it is hard to place a clear cut definition to the word. I think that people can be successful leaders by using a variety of personality characteristics based upon their audience (followers). I would like to think that leading by example has the largest impact on people.

Leading by example is important to me as well. I have always believed that in order to tell someone to do something, you have to be able to do it yourself.
